This year, mi2-factory GmbH joined the ICSCRM again, which was organized in the historic and picturesquely mountain-framed city of Kyoto.
In the period from the 29th of September to the 4th of October, current knowledge and news of the SiC market and SiC researches were concentrated in this place.
Florian Krippendorf and Constantin Csato represented mi2-factory with a booth and a scientific talk, that showed current results of our researches on SiC Superjunction devices, which were produced with our energy-filtered ion implantation technology.
Following technical discussions at our booth showed a great feedback.
We were pleased about all new contributions, that showed a clear ramping up of SiC in the semiconductor market.
