Your tasks:
• Autonomous development/assessment of R&D technology / device projects
• Joint projects with chip customers and research institutions
• Autonomously design and realization of experiments/simulations for application develop-ment
• Quality management compliant documentation of development processes and results
Your profile:
• Diploma, master’s degree, PhD in physics, material sciences, electrical engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the field of SiC power technologies / devices
• Deep understanding of SiC technology and SiC power devices
• TCAD simulation
• Experience in programming (e.g. MATLAB) desirable
• Strong ability to analyze technical problems in a solution-oriented manner
• Curiosity and a high degree of goal orientation
• Team player with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understand-able way
• Fluent in English language – German language skills are an advantage

Ion Implantation Engineer
We are offering:

• Development of novel type of high energy implantation processes
• Autonomous development/assessment of machine components for ion implanter
• Communication with suppliers of products/services
• Autonomous design and realization of experiments
• Tool operation for R&D and pilot ion implantation processes
• Implementation of process quality management schemes
Your profile:
• Diploma, master’s degree, PhD in physics, material sciences, electrical engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the field of (high-energy) industrial ion implanta-tion processes
• Deep theoretical understanding of implanter system and implantation physics
• Experience in programming (e.g. MATLAB) desirable
• Strong ability to analyze technical problems in a solution-oriented manner
• Curiosity and a high degree of goal orientation
• Team player with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understand-able way
• Fluent in English language – German language skills are an advantage
